To validate every conversion and sales from the publisher campaign, Involve Asia will have to check every conversion, and payment confirmation in order to process your payment.
Here are the steps of data validation
Data transferring: IA will send advertisers a report of all the conversions made by publishers from the previous month on every first week of the next. Depending on their terms and conditions of which can be found in the offer descriptions, it may take up to 14 days to 60 days to validate a sale.
Conversion Check: Your dashboard reports will show the conversions that were recorded, however, they are yet to be validated by the advertiser. The advertisers will then begin the process of validating those conversions to ensure that they are not fraud, or if the sale has been canceled by the consumer. Your conversions may be rejected because of several reasons:
- The advertiser considered the conversion as invalid.
- Fraud has been detected In this case, you may see a difference of amounts in your reports and billing report
Conversion Approval: Upon receiving validation reports from advertisers, IA will update each conversion to an approved status while waiting for payment from the advertiser. When the advertiser finishes the validation process, the status of your conversions will be shown as approved or Not approved.
If your conversion status was marked as "Yet to Consume", it means the conversion does not have finalize yet and shall be subjected to carry forward into the next validation cycle.
Payment Confirmation: Your payment to your account will ONLY success when the advertiser has made a successful payment to Involve Asia or you can try using early withdrawal which you can find more information in here
