We test every offer before it goes live, and here are the possible reasons as to why tracking may not work. They include but are not limited to:
The advertiser has made changes to their confirmation page and altered our conversion tracking and have not informed us
The advertiser has made changes to their postback and has not informed us
The advertiser is facing some technical issues with their postback when sending us conversions to be recorded in our platform
We monitor each conversion tracking on a daily basis and find out almost immediately when something isn’t right.
Because our platform is on the receiving end, our technical team will investigate the cause of it with the advertiser and produce a solution together with them to rectify any issue.
