How long does it take for my property to be reviewed?
Your submitted property will be reviewed by our team within 2 to 3 business days(excluding Sat, Sun, and Malaysia public holidays)
Why is my property rejected?
There could be a few reasons why your property is rejected. Please see the below rejection reason:

|Invalid Property URL||The URL that you have provided does not work, no longer exists, or redirected us to a 404 page.||Please check that the URL is correct, and re-submit the property with the correct URL that leads to your profile or site.|
|Unsuitable Property for Affiliate Marketing||You can’t promote an Affiliate link for your store within a marketplace (i.e: your store within www.shopee.my)||Only submit a property that you own (i.e: www.yourownwebsite.com).
Submit another new property that is not a store within a marketplace
|Your Property's Privacy Setting||The property that was submitted is inaccessible to the public due to your privacy settings.||Check and change your property privacy settings from "private" to "public", and submit the property again|
|Invalid Property Ownership Claim||
Involve is unable to verify you as the rightful owner of the submitted property.
|1. Please only submit that you own or manage.
2. If you are the property owner or manager, and still facing verifying issues, please provide proof of ownership by emailing us one of the following:
|Inappropriate Property Content||
Your submitted property’s niche or content is not applicable to promote Affiliate links.
Submit another new property where the niche and contents ARE NOT:
Gambling, porn, forex, and sensitive topics such as politics and religion.

The submitted property does not have a defined audience yet. Please see the minimum traffic requirements.
Build your audience first, and reapply as a new property once you have enough minimum traffic to your property.

What should I do if my property is rejected?
Once you have rectified the reason for your property being rejected, you can add a new property for our team to review again.
1) Log in to your dashboard
2) Navigate to your profile icon on the top right corner of the menu bar > “Manage Your Account” to view your Account Settings.
3) Select Website/Property, & click on the “Add New Property” button.
4) Fill in the details about your website or social media page, indicate whether you own the property submitted and that it does not contain any inappropriate content.
5) Click on the “Submit“ button for approval.
I think my property was wrongly rejected. What should I do?
We are sorry about it, this could possibly happen due to an error in sighting as the volume of property we approve on daily basis can be overwhelming.
Please email us at email@example.com and we will gladly review and approve it.
I think my property was wrongly approved and I realized there is a mistake in the URL I entered. What should I do?
Please follow the same step above and edit the property URL and submit accordingly. This does not require another approval.
