How long does it take for my Property to be reviewed?

Your submitted property will be reviewed by our team within 2 to 3 business days(excluding Sat, Sun, and Malaysia public holidays)

Why was my Property rejected?

The following are the possible reasons why your submitted Property was rejected:

Property Rejection Reason	Definition	What You Need to Do
Invalid Property URL	The URL that you have provided does not work, no longer exists, or redirected us to a 404 page.	Please check that the URL is correct, and re-submit the property with the correct URL that leads to your profile or site.
Unsuitable Property for Affiliate Marketing	You can’t promote an Affiliate link for your store within a marketplace (i.e: your store within www.shopee.my)	Only submit a property that you own (i.e: www.yourownwebsite.com). Submit another new property that is not a store within a marketplace
Your Property's Privacy Setting	The property that was submitted is inaccessible to the public due to your privacy settings.	Check and change your property privacy settings from "private" to "public", and submit the property again
Invalid Property Ownership Claim	Involve is unable to verify you as the rightful owner of the submitted property.	1. Please only submit that you own or manage. 2. If you are the property owner or manager, and still facing verifying issues, please provide proof of ownership by emailing us one of the following: Documents of property stating your name or company name, or Screenshot of your Google Analytics dashboard that contains your name or company name. Email one of these documents to wecare@involve.asia so we can verify you manually.
Inappropriate Property Content	Your submitted property’s niche or content is not applicable to promote Affiliate links.	Submit another new property where the niche and contents ARE NOT: Gambling, porn, forex, and sensitive topics such as politics and religion.
Property not meeting the minimum traffic requirements	The submitted property does not have a defined audience yet. Please see the minimum traffic requirements.	Build your audience first, and reapply as a new property once you have enough minimum traffic to your property. Here are the minimum traffic requirements for a property to be approved by us: Facebook, Twitter & TikTok: More than 30 followers and 3 posts within 14 days of the application date Instagram: More than 100 followers and 5 posts within 14 days of the application date YouTube: More than 50 subscribers, and at least 10 videos Forums, Blogs & Website: More than 10 active content in the past 30 days

What should I do if my Property was rejected?

Once you have addressed the rejection reason, you can add a new Property for our team to review again.

Go to Profile > Settings

Select Property > Add Property

3. Proceed to answer the questions and insert details about your new Property.

4. Once done, your new Property will appear as Pending.

5. We will require 48 hours to review your Property before approving it.

I think my property was wrongly rejected. What should I do?

Please email us at wecare@involve.asia and we will review it again.

I think my property was wrongly approved and I realized there is a mistake in the URL I entered. What should I do?

You will have to resubmit that Property with new URL. Select the Add Property button and follow the steps above.
