Partner Mission

What is the Partner Mission on Involve Asia? 

• This program is exclusive to Involve Asia partners to get rewards, bonuses or badge by completing specific tasks or goals defined to particular offers. 

How to Join a Mission? 

• You can join the mission from the Involve Asia dashboard. 
• Please note that limited slots are available so be sure to join and complete the mission within the given timeline.

I’ve joined the Mission, what do I do next? 

• Read the details of the mission to complete within the timeframe given.
• Please note that once you join the mission, the clock starts ticking in. So hurry and complete your mission to get the rewards. 

I joined the Mission but did not complete the Mission within the stipulated time. Will I be disqualified? 

• You can rejoin the mission again if the slots are still available. Please know that other partners might not be able to join if slots are taken. Your slots are a treasure! 

I’ve joined the Mission and completed the Mission within the timeframe. But I have not received the reward yet. Why? 

• Please verify if you have followed the terms and conditions of the mission to be eligible for a reward. 
• As long as you have started and completed the mission within the same device,  without clicking on other links, and by following the terms and conditions, the reward will take up to 48 hours to reflect on the Partner Mission steps.
• Should you not see the reward reflected, you may email us at wecare@involve.asia.  

How many Missions can I participate in at one time? 

• You can take part in multiple types of partner missions, with 1 slot for each partner mission. 

Where can I see my Mission status?

• You can see and track your mission from Mission Report. 

Why do I see the option to rejoin a Mission again?

• If you have joined a mission but have yet to complete it and the timeline has expired, you can rejoin the mission again if slots are still available. 

When can I withdraw my rewards? 

You can withdraw your rewards once it has reached the minimum withdrawal threshold which is as below: 

• A minimum of MYR 80 must be accumulated to withdraw if your Payment Currency is USD OR EUR.
• A minimum of MYR 40 must be accumulated to withdraw for other currencies.

Can I use my affiliate link to complete the mission? 

• You are required to follow the Mission instructions to get the rewards. 

Will I be eligible for affiliate commission for completing the mission? 

• You will not receive affiliate commissions for missions. Only rewards are credited based on the terms and conditions of the mission.
