Is this per day, per month, or per total campaign running time?
Offer capping can be found under the offer description with details on the capping. Most times, offer capping relates to a campaign's entire lifetime, which may refresh on the following campaign burst.
How can you know this?
Browse offers >> Select the offers you want to promote / Check the Offer Description. Under the Offer General Information you will find "conversion capping for this offer applies".
Why do advertisers implement capping on their campaigns?
This is due to specific advertisers having budget caps for publisher marketers. This cap may refresh monthly or daily, depending on the advertiser's direction
