Beginning on 25th February 2019, you may withdraw your commission earned at any time, with your preferred amount and preferred currency.
Below is the guide on how to withdraw your payout moving forward:
Login to your Publisher Dashboard and navigate to your name and account and click on "Payment History"
In the payment section, you will be able to see all of your past and incoming payments, generated invoices which will be your proof of payment. You will also be able to see your withdrawals history, and filter them by Date, Invoice number or status of payment (Processing, Paid, Failed)
To withdraw your commission, simply click on the “Request Withdrawal” button. Please do take note a minimal threshold of Eighty (80) Malaysian Ringgit is required in order to qualify for any commission withdrawal and this term shall apply ONLY for payment methods via Bank Transfer. You may request (2) withdrawal per month.
If your payment method is PayPal, you can withdraw when your earnings in your account is currently equal or greater than MYR 400 (Or 100 USD).
Do take note you are able to perform two (2) withdrawals per month, free of processing fees. After which, a processing fee shall be imposed for subsequent withdrawals. Kindly review the TERMS & CONDITIONS before making any withdrawal.
You can review your withdrawal details which is either your Bank details if your payment method is via Bank or your Beneficiary PayPal Email if your payment method is via PayPal before proceeding to the final confirmation page. Please make sure all the information's provided is correct before submitting your payment request or else there will be a payment Failed and you will not be able to receive your commission on time.
NOTE: A processing fee of 3% or MYR 50 (whichever is higher) is charged on withdrawal requests that exceed the limit of two (2) times monthly.
Click “Submit” to confirm your submission of withdrawal request. The payment request will be processed within 10 working days.

To view your withdrawal activity and history, select “Back to payment history”. Should any of your withdrawal submissions Failed, a remarks explaining the reason for failure is made available to you for your reference:
1. I have requested withdrawal, How long does it take to process payment ?
Your payment will be processed within 10 working days from your requested date.
2. What is the minimum threshold in Involve Asia ?
Wire transfer is MYR 80 and PayPal is MYR 400.
3. Can I request withdrawal for multiple times in a month?
Yes, you can request for withdrawals multiple times. However, please take note that you will be charged a processing fee on your 3rd monthly withdrawal request. To avoid confusion, a processing fee of 3% MYR 50 (whichever is higher) is charged on withdrawal requests that exceed the limit of two (2) times monthly.
4. Why can’t I select other currencies for PayPal payment ?
At the moment we only support Malaysia Ringgit for PayPal transfers. For other currencies, please use the wire transfer option.
5. What currencies do Involve Asia support for payment ?
We support 7 currencies via wire transfer:

6. Why is the payment amount during my payment request and the amount I receive different for PayPal transfers ?
PayPal charges you a service fee for any remittance of money to your account.
7. Why is the payment amount during my payment request and the amount I receive different for Bank transfers ?
The payment difference is due to international receiver bank charges, which would be charged by your local bank for receiving payment in a different currency other than your default bank currency. To find out more, speak with your bank about their charges.
8. What actions do I need to take when the payment status is “Failed” ?
There are a few reasons for this to happen and include but are not limited to;
1) Insufficient bank information
2) Incorrect account details
Please check the remark for more information. Kindly rectify it in your account by furnishing Involve Asia with the necessary information to remit payment once more.
9. The payment status shows as paid, but i have not received payment from Involve Asia. What do I do?
Please contact email@example.com for more information on your payment proof. We will help you track your payment.
10. Do I need to pay a processing fee if both my earlier withdrawal requests failed?
You have a withdrawal request limit of two (2) times per month with a free of processing fee. After which, a processing fee shall be imposed for subsequent withdrawals.
However, if the withdrawal process failed due to our oversight, we will absorb the processing fee for the following payment.
NOTE: If the withdrawal process failed due to erroneous details provided by you, we will charge you a processing fee of 3% or MYR 50 (whichever is higher). Please ensure your bank information and person information is correct to avoid payment failure.
NOTE: 16.10 Bank fees and transaction costs. In the event that Involve Asia is retained by a Network Advertiser to process payments on its behalf, you acknowledge that bank fees and transaction costs may be applicable depending on the country of origin of your bank. You agree that, you will bear all the charges for bank fees and transaction costs for payment remitted to you as part of the relevant Network Advertiser’s payment to you in participation of its Offering(s), as handled and processed by Involve Asia.
This basically, means that for international bank transfers there will be an additional charges which is charged by the Intermediary bank (or also known as agent bank charges) which will not be absorbed by Involve Asia.
