This new feature reflects the quality of your work as a publisher towards our Advertisers. It opens up more opportunities and allows you to get an upper hand when working to promote a specific campaign. Preferability and trust would be placed higher to you when you obtain a higher publisher score.
These publisher scores would be assessed on a month-on-month basis. Below is the guide on how to check your score:
Login to your Publisher Dashboard, navigate to your account’s name and click on "Account Setting"
In the Account Settings, you will be able to see your Publisher Score , which is aggregated by your health, credibility and performance score.

The score of your account based on our calculation
- Health Score (20%) - This depends on your activity on IA’s platform such as frequency of conversion. A higher frequency of conversion leads to a healthier health score.
- Credibility Score (40%) - Any prohibited transaction such as cookie stuffing would contribute to your credibility score. Moreover additional program violation such as bidding when the Advertiser has explicitly stated as No-Go, should you were found violating will also contributed to a poorer scoring.
- Performance Score (40%) - As a publisher, revenue is motivation. Conversions, successful conversion & rejected conversion would contribute to your performance score accordingly. More revenue contributed would reflect on a higher performance score.
