What is API & API Features - Detailed Commission Reference

We are glad to share some of our latest features on API for a more Detailed Commission Reference. Please refer to the guide provided as follows. 

Getting Started With The API

What is a Publisher API ?

The Publisher API allows publishers to interact directly with Involve's API. Publishers will be able to make a request to Involve's API to post some important information without the need of login to their dashboard.

What is Detailed Commission API ?

Publishers can use the Detailed Commission API to access the Real-Time Commission Data from their accounts. This is very useful for anyone who wants to see the latest commission data available, or for anyone who needs commission data updates on a regular basis.

How To Request For API Key ?

Step 1:

• Login to your Publisher Dashboard
• Browse over to “Tools” and click “API”

Step 2:

You will be transferred to the API page. If you have not requested for an API Key, please click on the “Request API key” button.

Please allow up to 48 hours working days for your API request to be reviewed and approved by our publisher manager.

Step 3:

Once your application is approved, you will be able to see your API Key and API Secret, as per the screenshot below.

• Please ensure to authenticate your API secret key to get the API token.
• Please take note that the API Token will be expired in 1 hour's time.

How to Authenticate ?

When you click the link, you will then be transported to the https://api.involve.asia/general/api.html page.  Scroll down and click on 'Getting a full list of offers'.

You will notice that the page on the right shows Example URL, Request and Response.  Under the Response row, click on 'Show'.

You will see a list of details of the Offer under the 'Body'.  The additional feature allows you to call on the individual Offer's commission amount (as shown in the highlighted box).
