There are several reasons why you haven’t received your payment after processing your withdrawal request
1) To change your withdrawal request status from “Pending” to “Paid”, Involve Asia needs 10 working days to process all the payment requests
2) After the payment status changes from “Pending” to “Paid”, it will take around 2-3 working days until the money is successfully delivered to your bank account
3) The process of payment will depend on the country itself, please check your bank regulations regarding this information.
4) If you haven’t received your withdrawal money after 13 working days since the date of request for withdrawal, you may contact your account manager to help you solve this.
