Do I need to pay a processing fee if both my earlier withdrawal requests failed?

You have a withdrawal request limit of two (2) times per month with a free of processing fee.
After which, a processing fee shall be imposed for subsequent withdrawals. However, if the withdrawal process failed due to our oversight, we will absorb the processing fee for the following payment.
