How to Cancel My Express Withdrawal Application?

You can cancel your Express Withdrawal within 24 hours after application.

Please note you can only cancel twice in a day. For more information, contact wecare@involve.asia. 

To cancel your Express Withdrawal Application, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Payment

STEP 2: Click on the "Request Express Withdrawal"

STEP 3: Scroll down and click on your Express Withdrawal under the 'Request' tab. Click on Action to View the request. 

STEP 4: At the Express Withdrawal summary page, click on "Cancel Request" button:

STEP 5: Fill up the reason for cancellation and Submit.  

You will receive an email informing you that your application has been canceled.

Your initial 'Pending Validation Amount' will be back in its place with the same amount canceled.
