Why my Express Withdrawal Failed ?

There are few reasons why your "Express Withdrawal" failed but not limited to;

1. Insufficient bank information
2. Incorrect account details
3. Amount is requested is lesser than bank intermediary charges
4. Transaction has been cancelled by third party (PayPal) or your (Bank) for wireless transfer without notice 

Allow up to an hour for your pending conversion to get released. In the meantime, please update your bank/account details, to re-apply for Express Withdrawal. You will be able to re-apply for express withdrawal if you meet the criteria as stated below;

- Minimum MYR 500 pending conversions

- Minimum of 3 offers with pending conversion
