1) What are codes?

Codes is a new feature on Involve Asia that allows Publishers to earn commissions from sharing unique discount codes with their followers.

2) What are the benefits of using codes?

• Enhanced attribution - Brands can easily connect each unique code to the publisher that promoted it, so you will never miss a conversion. 
• Flexible and shareable - Codes can be placed in videos, audio, and other online spaces where affiliate links cannot, proving to be versatile sharing options when looking to earn online.
• Encourage a purchase - Inserting codes into your content tends to give your followers an anticipation of a discount or reward, boosting your chances to earn when your code is redeemed.

3) How do I generate a code on Involve Asia?

 a) On your Dashboard, navigate to Specials and select Code Generator.

 b) Apply for a brand you want to promote. 

c) The brand will take about 2 working days to review your application. 

d) Once approved, simply copy and paste the code on your Property to promote.

4) How do I earn commissions when I share my code?

Like affiliate links, the brand would set a commission rate you will earn whenever a conversion is tracked. For codes, you will earn a commission whenever your code is redeemed.

5) How much commission will I earn?

The brand you promote will determine the amount you will earn.

6) Can I use codes and affiliate links from the same offer?

No, the offers made available under the code generator can only generate a code, not an affiliate link.

7) Is there a limit to how many times a code can be redeemed?

Each code will have a different redemption limit. This is determined by the brand you are choosing to promote.

8) Can my followers combine codes with other discounts?

This is determined by the brand you choose to promote. For more information, please refer to the respective code mechanics. 

9) Can I use a code on multiple platforms?

Yes, you can. Simply copy the code you have created and paste it into the Property want to promote.

10) Where do I view my code’s performance?

Under Performance Report, select Advertiser Name and then the Search button.

11) My code has expired, what do I do?

You will have to generate a new code. This is subject to slot availability by the brand.
