Yes! When you delete your account through the Involve Asia mobile app under Account Settings, your personal data will be removed from our active databases. However, some data may still be kept for essential purposes, such as:
- Record-keeping & security
- Fraud prevention
- Compliance with legal requirements
Once your account is deleted:
- You won't be able to log in or recover any data (including performance reports or earnings).
- Any sub-users linked to your account will also be deleted.
- You won’t receive any more promotional emails or notifications.
Important: Some backed-up data may be securely stored for a limited time, but it will not be used for any operational purposes. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, so be sure to save any important information before proceeding.
