How to Delete Account from Involve Asia's Mobile App?

To delete your Involve Asia account, follow these steps:

Step 1

From the login page, access your Involve Asia account using your registered email address and password.

Step 2

On the Overview page, navigate to "Profile"on the left-hand corner.

Step 3

Tap on "Settings" and select "Account Information".

Step 4

Scroll down and click "Delete account". Choose your reason for deletion, tick the acknowledgment box, and confirm by selecting "Delete".

When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our active databases. However, some data may be retained for essential purposes, such as:

• Record-keeping and security
• Fraud prevention
• Compliance with legal requirements

What happens after account deletion:

• You will lose access to your account and all associated data, including performance reports and earnings.
• Any linked sub-users will also be removed.
• You will no longer receive promotional emails or notifications.

Important: Some backed-up data may be securely stored for a limited time but will not be used for operational purposes. As account deletion is permanent, please save any important information before proceeding.
