You will need to have at least a conversion for (2) different offers within (60) days, as one of the criteria, to be eligible for Express Withdrawal. If you have active conversions for two offers, you will see in your dashboard that the criteria would be listed as (2 out of 2 offers).
However, if you have conversions for (2) offers, but the dashboard only reflects (1* out of 2 offers), it could be any of these possibilities:
- You did not get any conversion for one of the offers within the past (60) days
- You are promoting the same offer - Example: You have (1) conversion for Lazada (PH) and (1) conversion for Lazada (PH) - Content Creator; these two offers are the same and hence will be considered as one offer.
- CPUC and Involve Asia Referral Program are offers that are not eligible for Express Withdrawal.
Should you already have conversions for (2) different offers within the last (60) days, but your dashboard still doesn’t reflect (2 out of 2 offers), do contact your account manager on when the data will be updated.
