Why can’t I upload my e-Invoice? / What should I do if my e-Invoice won’t submit?

Here's what you should do if you can't upload your e-Invoice:

• Double-check that you've entered the correct format for the Unique Identifier No. (UUID)—it must be a valid UUID.
• Make sure the e-Invoice file you upload is in PDF format and not larger than 2MB.
