Why is the "Submit" button disabled when I try to upload my e-Invoice?

This issue could be due to:

1) Invalid Unique Identifier Number (UUID) – Make sure you’ve entered a valid UUID.
2) Incorrect e-Invoice file – The file must be a PDF and no larger than 2MB.
