This error can happen for a couple of reasons:
- Incomplete address – Make sure all address details are filled in, including Address Line 1, City, State, Zip Code, and Country.
- Invalid identification number – If you're using an individual account, ensure you’ve entered a valid NRIC number. If you're using a business account, enter a valid business registration number.
To complete your information and proceed with withdrawals, follow these steps:
- Go to ""Settings"" under ""Payment"" and fill in your full address.
- In the same section, update your identification number.
Double-check these details then try withdrawing again.
