There are several reasons why offers may be paused, some are (but not limited to):
- Advertiser has reached/exceeded its monthly budget.
- Technical issues related to offer was detected.
- Advertiser has discontinued partnership with Involve Asia.
When offers are paused, publishers are informed through email to temporarily stop any promotion efforts until the offer is re-lived again.
During offer paused, end users will be unable to access the affiliate link provided and no conversions are tracked for the duration of the period. At the same time, publishers are also unable to generate new deeplinks for the offer. Nonetheless, once the offer is live again, the existing affiliate links will work as usual and the Deeplink feature will be made available again.
I did not receive email about offer being paused. Why?
It may be due to your email subscription preference in your Involve Asia profile. To check, follow below steps.
Step 1
Navigate to Profile > Settings.
Step 2
Select "Mailroom" and update your preferences by toggling the options 'on' or 'off'.
