Deeplink not working? Here’s Why.

There are a few reasons why your deeplinks may not be working:

1. Your application to promote the offer is still under review.
   • Some offers require approval from Advertisers before publishers can promote. If your offer application is still pending, deeplink is not yet available for the offer.

2. The offer might be temporarily paused.
   • Advertisers may pause their campaigns for a variety of reasons, such as:
     1. Reaching the maximum monthly budget
     2. Seasonal promotions coming to an end
     3. Temporary technical issues on their side
     4. Conclusion of their partnership with Involve Asia

3. Your access to the offer has been blocked.
   • If you were previously approved for the offer but committed violations, such as promoting through unsupported promotion methods, Advertisers reserve the right to revoke your access to the offer which results in broken and inactive links.

The offer statuses can always be observed under Dashboard > Discovery > My Advertiser
