Two-factor authentication is a security feature that helps protect your Involve Asia account in addition to your password.
If you set up two-factor authentication, you'll be asked to enter a special login code each time someone tries to log in to your account.
To turn on or manage two-factor authentication:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to your Manage your Account > User Management.
- Scroll down to “Require a verification code when I sign in” and turn the toggle on.
That’s it! From now on every login will require a temporary authentication code that is delivered to your email.
Note: Remember to check your spam folders to ensure that you’ve received the code.
